USCIS Allows Same-Sex Couples to File for a Green Card USA

Green card USA applications for same-sex bi-national married couples will now be allowed. This is a huge feat for same-sex bi-national couples. USCIS announced yesterday that same-sex bi-national couples will now be allowed to file an application for a green card USA .

However, this doesn’t mean that the green card USA applications will be accepted, it’s slightly more complicated than that. Applications will be held in abeyance until a decision has been made. So there’s still a way to go until same-sex couples have equal rights, however it’s a good start! For more information on green card USA, please visit USAGC, our blog or Twitter account.
